Sekh Em or (SKHM) is one of the healing arts practised in The Temples of Ancient Egypt or Khemit (Ta-Ma-Re)¼as it was known at that time, prior to 500BC.

Closely connected to The Goddess Sekhmet (She who is all powerful) The Lioness Goddess of the feminine principle, and Goddess of Healing. Kha Sekh Em, translates as "the power is revealed". Kha Sekh Em is considered to harness the four elemental healing¼energies of the Egyptian Deities:¼Earth (Geb/ Ta), ¼Air (Shu/Nefu), Water (Tefnut/Mu), and Fire (Hier/Set), with you (representing Spirit/Nut/ The Sky Goddess (Mukta) meaning "the whole".

Kha Sekh Em is a high vibrational energy healing system (a complete system). Tuning forks (Sound Vibration) are used to balance the left and right hemispheres of the brain, and to bring The Chakras (energy system) of the body into alignment. Along with the use of Sacred Egyptian Symbols, Sacred Sounds, Hekau (power words) and Sacred Colour breathing. Deep Gongs are also used to facilitate the clearing and cleansing of The Aura. Karmic debris can be removed through a (special drain technique) Psychic Surgery, past life recall can be facilitated once the aura has been opened. Crystals are also placed at the site of the chakras, eg: Red Carnellian (base chakra), Orange Calcite (sacral chakra), Yellow Citrine (solar plexus chakra), ¼Malachite/Rose Quartz (heart chakra), ¼Lapis Lazuli (throat chakra), Amethyst (3rd eye chakra), and Clear Quartz (crown chakra).

Sekh Em (SKHM) was re-introduced by Patrick Zeigler in 1984. After spending the night in the Great Pyramid, he was given The Sekh Em (Khet) and the Symbols for Sekh Em. Many new healing systems have¼emerged from Sekh Em (SKHM), eg Terra Mai-Seichem, Reyad¼Sekh Em and Kha Sekh Em, the latter two being ultra high vibrational healing systems (ie complete healing systems). These new systems have emerged to keep up with the increasing vibrations and energy shifts that are coming to the planet and they are assisting with the evolving consciousness of Humanity.
