WHAT IS HEALING?
Healing is a gift of the spirit. Healing energy comes
from the Universal Source. The healer acts as a facilitator
for energy flow, working through the seven chakras - energy
centres of the body - to restore wholeness and balance.
WHAT IS REYAD SEKH EM (EGYPTIAN REIKI)?
Sekh Em is a healing energy once used in the Temples of
ancient Egypt or Khemit as it was known at that time prior
to 500 BC. The hieroglyphs for this healing can be found
in tombs and temples and references are made in various
scrolls and texts. Closely connected to Goddess Sekhmet
meaning "She who is powerful" The Lioness Goddess
of the feminine principle. Sekh Em includes Reiki energy
from the Earth element, the definition of Reiki is Universal
Life Energy which can be tapped for the benefit of all
humanity. Sekh Em combines the elemental healing energies
of Earth, Air, Fire, Water and a fifth element Spirit
(Ether) for a deeper and complete healing, bringing about
true harmony and balance to Mind, Body and Soul.
Developed by Joanna Bristow Watkins, Reyad Sekh Em healings
include a very versatile negative energy drain, which
targets symptoms of depression, relieves painsdue to cancers
etc.
WHAT ARE REYAD SEKH EM HEALINGS?
Sekh Em healings are non-intrusive, but powerful processes.
A full treatment lasts about one hour. The recipient lies
fully clothed on a treatment couch. The healer either
places her hands lightly on the body, or within the aura,
depending on intuitive guidance and which element is being
used. The energy will go to the source of imbalance not
just to the site manifesting symptoms. Healing helps to
restore vitality and energy and is best viewed as an aid
for self-recovery from many aches and pains, disorders
and diseases. Sekh Em healing balances your energies and
creates a sense of relaxation and wellbeing. Healing restores
and harmonises your life energy and increases the body’s
abiliy to heal itself.

• Earth energy is grounding and foundational; fundamental
to all other healing rays.
• Fire energy ‘burns’ through blockages,
balancing the electro-magnetic field.
• Water energy is gentle, persistent and cool, aiding
emotional healing.

Reyad Sekh Em combines the use of colour, sound vibration,
crystalline and angelic healing energies with the above.
As we are all individual, some people feel certain sensations
such as tingling warmth or heat, others do not. You may
feel relaxed, light-headed, sad, calm, very happy, or
any combination or even none of these. Mostly, a sense
of relaxation and calm wellbeing is experienced.
