Reiki Practice 
For many years I have been on an amazing spiritual journey. I have always been able to feel the flow of energy and also enjoyed working with the angelic realm throughout my life., I decided to explore the System of Usui Reiki to understand and find a deeper awareness in what I was experiencing.
It has and continues to be the best thing I ever did, everything started to make sense! Through dedicated practice, I continue to experience that my conscious awareness is constantly expanding and since becoming a Shinpiden (Master/Teacher) practitioner, I feel privileged to be in a position to share reiki in whichever way I am guided, with others. I am also an Angelic Reiki Master/Teacher, attuned to the beautiful angelic vibrational high energies. 
For the last 20 years my profession has been in dentistry as a Dental Hygienist, which I still thoroughly enjoy but my passion for reiki and my love for horses has now steered me in a different direction.  
I live my life with a clearer and happier mind. It has changed, balanced and enhanced my life in many wonderful ways. I feel honoured to be able to share reiki sessions with people and I also specialise in equine reiki. Horses (and all our animal companions), are so very responsive to unspoken and energetic connection with all life. It’s so wonderful to be able to share this language with them and understand what they may be trying to communicate.
I am truly humbled to witness how reiki helps with releasing unwanted emotional and physical energy. In my experience with performing healing sessions, reiki works on all levels and it helps people to find balance in all areas.
I feel every session brings wonderful experiences supported with a high love vibration. In addition to sharing reiki, my guides have assisted me to write a beautiful course to help our equine friends -

Past Life Regression is an exciting trip back through time to your previous lives by accessing normally hidden memories in the subconscious mind. Through relaxing hypnosis, doors can be unlocked in your mind that open other worlds that you have experienced in another times. We can also explore our stored ancestral energetic energies. Over the years, I have experienced many past life regression sessions myself and not only thoroughly enjoyed them, I have also gained a lot of insight and healing for myself in this lifetime. I felt guided to become a past life regression therapist to assist others on learning more about their inner soul and gain insight into the character they are in this life..
